Oral Care: Problems and Cures

I wanna know the number of people who are above 30 with no dental problems. I am sure, the ratio would be three out of ten. It has become obvious when people turn 30 they visit the dentist more often than they do before 30.  Nobody is bothered to visit the dentist before they actually start seeing some issues either with Teeth or Gums and the moment slaps them in the face when their Dentist tells the severity of their dental condition. The journey begins....

Alright, how can keep my teeth healthy?
Keeping your teeth healthy and strong is very simple, all you need to do is follow these three rules -

1. Brush your teeth twice a day for at least 3 minutes:
Majority of us give less than a minute of time to brush our teeth which is not enough to clean the teeth completely. The teeth make our smile look beautiful, help us eat food to survive, they definitely deserve the care and 3 minutes of brushing before going to bed at night and after we leave the bed in morning.

2. Drink at least half liter milk every day:
Milk is the best source to keep your bones healthy - I am sure all of you will agree to this. Our teeth are placed inside the bones, and if our bones are not healthy - our teeth are not healthy. So get into a habit of drinking milk everyday.

3. Say NO to Sugar:
I see sugar as sweet poison and that's the reality of it. Sugar gives us NOTHING but takes a lot from our body. It is the biggest enemy of teeth and gums.

Here's my example: My dentist suggested me to go under the Periodontal Gum Surgery if I want to save my teeth. After that I did a lot of research on web and followed these three techniques for three months and visited the dentist again, then she said "What did you do? Your teeth and gums are completely healthy. Keep up the routine you are following."

Guys, it's simple and easy to keep our teeth healthy. Save money. Avoid the dental clinic's visits.
